April 14, 2010 - High-Dose Aspirin May Provide Acute Migraine Relief.
A Cochrane Library report concludes high dose aspirin may be as effective as triptan medications for acute migraine. Also reported by: MedPage Today (4/14, Bankhead) and The Guardian (4/14).

April 15, 2010 - Infliximab May Help Prompt Corticosteroid-Free Clinical Remission In Patients With Moderate To Severe Crohn's Disease.
"Patients with moderate to severe Crohn's disease treated with infliximab with or without azathioprine are more likely to have a corticosteroid-free clinical remission than those receiving azathioprine monotherapy," according to a New England Journal of Medicine paper.
